Hitachi / Sullair CSA18 37 - Project

Mission
We set out to modernise a static 2D workflow tool by transforming it into a dynamic, scalable 3D simulation. The goal was to improve engagement, enhance comprehension, and remove barriers to access and adoption across varied user levels and locations.
Vision
To redefine how technical training and operational workflows are delivered — using scalable, browser-based 3D simulations that engage users, reduce risk, and drive performance across business.

Problem
The original 2D workflow tools were static, non-interactive, and limited in how they conveyed complex tasks. Users had to interpret flat diagrams or step-by-step instructions with little spatial context. These tools weren’t easily scalable, couldn't support real-time updates, and lacked the engagement needed for effective learning or operational clarity.
Solution / innovation
We developed a fully interactive, browser-based 3D simulation that mirrors real-world tasks and environments. It allows users to engage with equipment and processes in a hands-on, visual way — all without needing software installs or local servers. The tool is customisable to any workflow, scalable across teams or sites, and easily updatable, making it a future-ready replacement for outdated 2D systems.

Value
The 3D simulation delivers faster training, improved task accuracy, and better knowledge retention. It reduces onboarding time, lowers the risk of errors, and standardises procedures across the workforce. Because it’s browser-based and scalable, businesses can deploy it quickly across multiple sites, update content easily, and adapt to operational changes with minimal cost or downtime — driving efficiency, safety, and overall performance.
